Mental health charity for children and young people that has a wide range helpful resources to access. They offer a free telephone helpline 0800 1111 and a message board where young people are encouraged to share their experiences and support each other in a positive manner.

A mental health charity dedicated to preventing young people suicide by providing support and resources. They have their “Hopeline” on 0800 068 414, or you can text 078600-39967 or email pat@papyrus-uk.org for children and young people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide or anyone that is concerned about a young person.
